The Talk360 app integrates with your contact list automatically. This means that you can simply select a contact and start calling. It is also possible to dial the number in the keypad manually. If you are using the keypad to manually dial an international phone number, you always need to make sure that you are using the right format.

Calling international in three easy steps
To dial an international number manually, you only need to follow the steps below:

Step 1: Start the phone number with the right country code

Step 2: Fill in the phone number without spaces or other symbols

Step 3: Click on the green button to start your call

Example: How to make an international call to the United Kingdom?

• For example, the country code for the UK is +44, so this means that you start the phone number with 0044
• Then you fill in the phone number of the receiver of your call, for example, if the phone number is 01234 56789, you enter the phone number without the first zero as 123456789.
• The phone number format should look like this: 0044123456789

What to do when you get the following error:
‘Invalid phone number. Please check if you use an international format.’

• Check if you are using the correct country code for the country that you want to call
• Check if you are not using any symbols or spaces
• Check if you have removed the first zero of the phone number that you are calling, for example, if the phone number is 01234 56789, you enter this part of the phone number without the first zero as 123456789.
